Context
The client operates processes where merchandise delivery depends on document files that are correct, validated and available to different stakeholders in the chain.
Operational challenge
Each stakeholder needed to upload documents at different moments in the process. Those documents had to be reviewed against specific requirements, validated and prepared to be presented as evidence during merchandise delivery.
Solution implemented
We built a document management platform with stakeholder-based flows, document upload and AI-assisted validation. The system reviews information, helps determine compliance and allows the validator to issue a validity certificate.
Validity and traceability
We integrated electronic signatures to support validated information and strengthen file traceability. This allows documentation presented at delivery to have verifiable support aligned with the defined process.
