The client operates facilities where driver and vehicle entry depends on document rules, internal authorizations and coordination with physical access infrastructure.
Operational challenge
The process required validating driver identity, checking that vehicle documentation was current and registering which operation would be performed inside the plant or business. Without a centralized platform, control could depend on manual reviews, calls and fragmented records.
Solution implemented
We built a self-service experience supported by a kiosk, where the driver starts the flow, selects the operation and submits the required information. The system validates documents, applies authorization rules and communicates with the barrier system to allow or deny access based on the file status.
Delivered value
The operation gained complete traceability over entries, documents, authorizations and events. The team can consult historical records, review exceptions and support audits with centralized information instead of scattered evidence.
